Non-Refundable Policy

At WeTravelBlack, we are committed to providing exceptional travel experiences. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure clarity and transparency, please carefully review our Non-Refundable Refund Policy.

  1. Non-Refundable Deposits and Payments

    • All payments made for travel services, including but not limited to airfare, accommodations, transportation, and tour packages, are non-refundable. This applies once the payment has been processed, regardless of whether the service has been utilized.

    • Any deposit or installment payments made to secure a reservation are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

  2. Cancellations and Changes

    • Any cancellation by the client will result in the forfeiture of the total amount paid. We strongly recommend that all clients carefully consider their travel plans before making payments.

    • In certain cases, cancellations made within specific timeframes (as noted in your booking confirmation) may allow for a partial credit, at the sole discretion of the company, which may be applied toward future bookings.

  3. Force Majeure

    • We cannot be held responsible for changes or cancellations due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will do our best to provide alternative solutions, but refunds will not be issued.

  4. Travel Insurance

    • We highly recommend that clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover potential trip cancellations, delays, or other unforeseen events. This will protect your investment should you need to cancel or modify your trip.

  5. Non-Transferable Bookings

    • All travel bookings are non-transferable, and changes to names or dates on reservations will not entitle the customer to a refund or any compensation. Any adjustments made to a booking may incur additional fees, as per the supplier’s policies.

  6. Exceptions

    • Refunds may only be considered in cases where the company is unable to deliver the booked services due to internal issues. In such cases, a partial or full refund may be processed at our discretion, excluding any third-party costs already incurred (e.g., hotel or flight reservations).

  7. Client Responsibility

    • It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all travel documents, visas, vaccinations, and other entry requirements are obtained prior to travel. Failure to do so does not qualify for any refund.

  8. Acknowledgment of Policy

    • By booking a service with WeTravelBlack, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of this Non-Refundable Refund Policy. No exceptions will be made unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by both parties.
